Brendan Ross loves to tell stories.

He is a graduate of Carleton University’s journalism program and Humber College’s radio broadcasting program. His journalistic work spans print, broadcast and online media, but the goal is always the same: to take the audience somewhere new.

From investigating a marijuana church that challenged Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms, to reporting on a rare Indian mango that has grown in popularity among Toronto’s foodie community, Brendan’s reporting introduces audiences to people, places and phenomena they have not yet encountered.

An experienced communications professional, Brendan has helped develop media outreach plans for high-profile arts organizations and summer festivals, including Scotiabank BuskerFest, Woofstock, Tarragon Theatre and David Mirvish. He has also co-ordinated interviews for clients with major media outlets across Canada. Brendan approaches his communications work with the same story-focused attitude that characterizes his reporting.
